Astana, 12 August 2026 – Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Arman Issagaliyev held a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the Republic of Kazakhstan Hamza Al-Omari.

During the meeting, the parties discussed topical issues of Kazakh-Jordanian cooperation and prospects for its further strengthening. They expressed interest in maintaining the steady momentum of political dialogue, as well as expanding cooperation in the trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

The interlocutors also exchanged views on topical issues on the regional and international agenda, with particular attention paid to the current situation in the Middle East.

The parties separately reviewed the schedule of upcoming bilateral contacts and events at various levels aimed at giving additional impetus to the development of Kazakh-Jordanian relations.

Following the meeting, the parties reaffirmed their readiness to maintain regular dialogue and continue joint efforts to further deepen mutually beneficial cooperation.
