The auction will be held on 1 September 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of Thailand (Bangkok).

1. Form and method of bidding:
   Ascending-price auction.
2. Property offered for sale:
   Official-use minibus, Toyota Ventury, manufactured on 28 November 2013, color – white, free from any encumbrances.
3. Starting price:
   USD 8,066.44 (Eight thousand sixty-six US dollars and forty-four cents).
4. Security deposit (15%):
   USD 1,209.97 (One thousand two hundred nine US dollars and ninety-seven cents).

The security deposit must be paid no later than 31 August 2026, inclusive. Bank account details will be provided separately.

5. Date, time and place for submission of applications to participate in the auction:
   31 August 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

To participate in the auction, applicants must submit the following documents to the Organizer at the address specified below:

1. An application in the prescribed form.
2. For individuals: a copy of an identification document.

For legal entities: a copy of the identification document of the legal entity’s authorized representative and a copy of the document confirming the state registration of the legal entity in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Auction procedure and determination of the winner:

The auction will be conducted using the ascending-price bidding method. The participant who offers the highest price for the property shall be declared the winner.

The winner must sign the sale and purchase agreement within 5 calendar days after the auction. The security deposit will be credited toward the purchase price.

8. Additional terms and conditions:

The vehicle is sold in its current technical condition on an “as is” basis.

Bidders are required to carefully review this announcement and the draft sale and purchase agreement, as well as inspect the technical condition of the vehicle, before paying the security deposit and submitting their applications.

Bidders may not request any improvements, modifications, adjustments or repairs to the vehicle, nor may they request exemption from any taxes, duties, fees or other expenses associated with the transfer of registration or ownership.

The winner must pay the remaining balance of the purchase price in full, as well as all applicable taxes, within 30 days from the date of signing the sale and purchase agreement. VAT, customs duties and all expenses related to the transfer of registration and ownership shall be borne by the Buyer.

If the winning bidder fails to comply with the terms of the agreement within the prescribed period, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the right to purchase the vehicle, and any payments made, including the security deposit, shall not be refunded.

Any bank charges incurred in connection with the transfer of the security deposit shall not be refunded to bidders.

Bid rigging and any other forms of improper interference with the auction process are strictly prohibited.

Interested parties may inspect the vehicle at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of Thailand from 17 to 30 August 2026, between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., by prior appointment only.
