Today, a regular meeting was held at the district akimat under the chairmanship of District Akim Zhandos Yerkinbek. In accordance with the agenda, the meeting addressed preparations for the new academic year.

During the meeting, Tazhigul Abenova, Chief Specialist of the District Education Department, reported on the readiness of educational institutions for the new academic year, as well as repair and landscaping works being carried out at schools. Abdikarim Zhubanyshov, Acting Director of the District Agrarian and Technical College, briefed the participants on the preparations underway at the college.

Repair works are currently being carried out at a number of schools. In this regard, Zhandos Yerkinbek instructed those responsible to exercise strict control over the completion of works at the facilities within the established deadlines.

Particular attention was also paid to providing textbooks and preparing children in need of social support for the new school year. Within the framework of the republican campaign “Road to School,” instructions were given to ensure that every child is fully prepared for the new academic year.

In addition, instructions were given to restore road signs near educational institutions and strengthen traffic control in front of schools to ensure the safe crossing of roads by students. The meeting also emphasized the need to regularly conduct joint raids with competent authorities aimed at preventing offenses among adolescents.

At the end of the meeting, heads of the relevant sectors were instructed to exercise strict control over the implementation of the assigned tasks and to ensure systematic work focused on achieving concrete results for each instruction.

It should be noted that more than 15,000 students in grades 1–11 are currently studying in the district, while this year more than 1,300 children have been admitted to the first grade.
