Deputies on the first issue heard a report from V.N. Grebenyuk, Head of the State Institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Mendykara District," "On the Revocation of Certain Decisions of the Mendykara District Maslikhat."

In her report, the Head of the Department of Employment and Social Programs noted that, based on the Head of State's instructions, new Rules for the Provision of Social Assistance to Certain Categories of Citizens in Need were developed and adopted in July of this year in order to standardize the amounts of social benefits. On the second issue, “On amending the decision of the maslikhat dated January 16, 2023, No. 185, “On approval of the Regulation on the state institution ‘Apparatus of the Mendykara District Maslikhat’”, the session heard information from the chairman of the district maslikhat that amendments had been made to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan’.
