Today, a regular meeting was held under the chairmanship of District Akim Zhandos Yerkinbek. The agenda included the draft socio-economic development plan for the Karmakshy District for 2027–2029 and the draft district budget, as well as preparations for the upcoming heating season.

On the first agenda item, Zhanar Nimatulla, Head of the District Department of Economics and Finance, delivered a report on the district’s socio-economic development indicators for the first seven months of this year.

Overall, positive dynamics were recorded in the main macroeconomic indicators during the reporting period. In particular, over the first seven months, the growth in output in the manufacturing industry reached 149 percent, while the corresponding indicator in agriculture amounted to 101.3 percent.

In this regard, the district akim gave a number of instructions:

“By the end of the year, the implementation of all indicators must be ensured. Responsible departments should monitor each indicator and submit forecasts on a monthly basis. This work must be carried out based on a detailed analysis,” he emphasized.

The second issue discussed at the meeting was preparations for the upcoming heating season. Bakytbek Zhylytrov, Head of the District Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Roads, presented a report.

The district akim emphasized that completing preparations for the upcoming heating season properly and on time is a key priority. If any deficiencies are identified at individual facilities, they must be eliminated promptly, and responsible managers must be accountable for the results of the work.

He also stressed that social facilities must be fully prepared for the heating season and instructed the relevant authorities to ensure that they obtain their readiness certificates on time.

All issues raised during the meeting and the instructions given were included in the official minutes. It was noted that their implementation would remain under control.
