Today, a memorandum on cooperation and mutual interaction between the Akimat of Karmakshy District and the Bar Association of Kyzylorda Region on the provision of legal services to the population was signed.

The event was attended by Meirbek Daubalayev, Chairman of the Bar Association of Kyzylorda Region, Deputy Chairman Shadiyar Narkeshbayev, Presidium members Bizhan Imanqaliyev and Khasenkhan Useinov, as well as representatives of law enforcement agencies, heads of independent departments, civil servants, professional mediators of the district, members of the Council of Biys and the Public Council, and heads of institutions.

During the meeting, Deputy Akim of the district Samat Smagulov, acting on behalf of the district Akim, emphasized the importance of the event:

– President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted: “Forming an atmosphere of intolerance to any violations of the law in our country and raising citizens’ legal awareness is a common responsibility of all state and public institutions.” In this regard, establishing the principle of “Law and Order,” increasing citizens’ legal literacy, and ensuring access to quality legal assistance are a shared responsibility. Today’s meeting is clear evidence of this, – he noted.

Chairman of the Bar Association of Kyzylorda Region Meirbek Tillabekuly also provided detailed information on measures aimed at improving the accessibility and quality of legal assistance provided to residents, as well as ensuring the prompt resolution of legal issues.

Following the discussion, the memorandum between the Akimat of the district and the Bar Association of Kyzylorda Region was signed.

After the signing ceremony, a symbolic ribbon was cut to mark the beginning of joint work, followed by the official opening ceremony of the facility.

It should be noted that currently, one lawyer in Karmakshy District provides residents with legal consultations and legal assistance. In addition, the Council of Biys operates in the district and contributes to resolving disputes and conflicts without taking them to court, as well as maintaining peace, harmony and unity among the population.
