A modern football stadium with a capacity of 45,000 spectators will be built along the Kuldja and Talgar highways. The project covers an area of approximately 32 hectares. Construction work has already begun at the site.

The stadium will meet UEFA Category 4 requirements. The project includes training facilities, dedicated fan zones, modern security systems and landscaping of the surrounding area.

Particular attention is also being paid to the development of transport infrastructure to ensure convenient access to the stadium for spectators.
