Jeddah, September 2, 2026 – Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Jeddah Iztay Saken presented his consular patent to Farid Saad Alshehri, Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Branch in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

During the meeting, Farid Saad Alshehri congratulated the Kazakh diplomat on his appointment and wished him every success in his new position. He particularly emphasized the high level of Kazakhstan-Saudi cooperation and expressed confidence in its further strengthening.

In turn, Iztay Saken thanked the Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Branch in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region for his congratulations and expressed his readiness to make every effort to further expand and deepen bilateral cooperation.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue joint efforts and coordination with a view to further strengthening and enhancing cooperation between the two countries.
