On September 4, 2026, at the Department of State Revenues for Astana, Deputy Head of the Department and Ethics Commissioner Azamat Nurlybekov conducted explanatory work with employees of the Department’s structural divisions on compliance with civil service and anti-corruption legislation.

The main objective of the event was to clarify the requirements of civil service legislation, issues related to the provision of public services, compliance with rules of conduct and ethical standards, as well as to prevent corruption offenses and enhance employees’ legal awareness.

During the event, particular attention was paid to strict compliance with the provisions of the Code of Ethics for Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the quality of public service delivery, and strengthening the anti-corruption culture within the organization. The event was aimed at fostering a high level of legal awareness and official discipline, as well as strengthening citizens’ trust in the state revenue authorities.
