Budapest, 4 September 2026 – Kazakhstan’s Ambassador-designate to Hungary Anel Bakhytbekkyzy met with Péter Horváth, CEO of «UBM Group», one of Hungary’s leading agribusiness groups.

The key focus of the meeting was the implementation of UBM’s investment project to construct a premix production plant in the Almaty Region of Kazakhstan.

The project is currently at the pre-construction stage. During the meeting, the parties discussed the current progress of the project and the next steps in its implementation.

The project envisages the establishment of modern premix production in Kazakhstan using advanced European technologies and is expected to contribute to the development of the country’s feed industry.

The Kazakh side expressed its readiness to continue supporting the implementation of the project. The parties agreed to maintain close cooperation and continue developing investment cooperation in the agribusiness sector.
