Today, under the chairmanship of the regional akim Murat Ergeshbayev, a meeting on personnel changes was held. At the meeting, Zhayshayev Ruslan Asylbekovich was introduced, appointed by the order of the Chairman of the Board of the joint-stock company «Otbasy Bank» to the position of Director of the bank's branch in the Kyzylorda region.
Adilzhan Rakhymzhanovich Saulebayev, who previously headed the branch, was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Kyzylorda region for the work done in the region.
Ruslan Zhayshayev was born in 1980 in the South Kazakhstan region. He received education in the specialties «Banking» at the Kyrgyz National State University and «Jurisprudence» at the «Miras» University. He received a «Master of Business Administration» degree from the Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.
He began his career in 2003 in the banking sector as a manager of the remote service department. In 2006-2010, he worked in various responsible positions in the branches of the joint-stock companies «Bank CenterCredit», «Kazkommertsbank», «Tsesnabank» in Almaty, and in 2010-2016 — in the Almaty and Zhambyl regional branches of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund «Damu». In 2016-2017, he was the Director of the Zhambyl regional branch of JSC «Kazkommertsbank», and in 2017-2020 — Deputy Director of the East Kazakhstan regional and Shymkent city branches of JSC «Otbasy Bank».
From 2020 to the present, he has held the position of Director of the Turkestan regional branch of JSC «Otbasy Bank».
