A press conference was held at the site of the Regional Communications Service with the participation of Tolegen Shaimardanov, head of the Department of Explanatory Work and the Contact Center of the DGD in the Pavlodar region, and Arman Uvaliev, head of the Department of non-production payments. The speakers summed up the work of the department for 8 months of 2026 and explained the key topics of concern to residents of the region.
During the reporting period, the Department ensured stable budget execution: the plan for the republican budget was fulfilled by 103.7% (383.9 billion tenge was received), 305.4 billion tenge was transferred to the local budget, and customs payments exceeded 21 billion tenge.
During the meeting, the speakers reminded about the important deadlines for paying taxes and submitting reports. So, until September 15, the acceptance of declarations within the framework of universal declaration continues – as of today, 60% of obligated citizens have submitted reports. By October 1, individuals must pay property tax for 2025 through mobile applications or banking services (KBK 104102, KNP 911). More than 14,000 residents in the region have vehicle tax arrears, and joint raids with the police and the Civil Protection Service are continuing.
Special attention is paid to social topics. Within the framework of the Institute of bankruptcy of individuals, 3,361 residents of the region have already been officially declared bankrupt, and since March 2026, for citizens with debts of up to 1,600 MCI and overdue for more than 5 years, the time limit for reviewing cases has been reduced to 1 month. The innovations of the Tax Code on tax deductions were also explained: instead of collecting certificates and receipts for education or medicine, a single increased basic deduction of 30 MCI per month was introduced.
