GKP "Kostanay Heat and Power Company" (under the Kostanay City Akimat) announces that the hot water supply will be temporarily restricted on September 16, 2026, from 09:00 to 20:00. This is due to the repair of defects on the TM-23 main heating network along Chkalov Street and the replacement of shut-off valves.

The hot water supply restriction will affect the following locations:

Multi-apartment residential buildings:

Abay Ave. — Nos. 2A, 6, 8, 8/1, 10, 10/1, 10/2, 12, 12/1.

Volynov St. — Nos. 13, 15.

Voroshilov St. — Nos. 1A, 3, 3/1, 3/2, 3A, 3B, 66, 68, 70, 72, 74.

Kochubey St. — Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.

Miroshnichenko St. — Nos. 8, 10, 12, 14, 20.

Social facility:

Kindergarten No. 27, 1 Miroshnichenko St.
