Current Agenda of Cooperation between Kazakhstan and Serbia in the Consular Sphere Discussed in Belgrade

Belgrade, September 15, 2026 – Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Serbia Bolat Imanbayev met with Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Natasa Rasevic.

During the meeting, the sides discussed current issues related to the development of bilateral cooperation in the consular and legal sphere, as well as the expansion of the legal and treaty framework between the two countries.

Particular attention was paid to the protection of the rights and interests of citizens of Kazakhstan and Serbia, the development of consular contacts, the improvement of mechanisms for providing consular assistance, and the exchange of experience in this area.

Following the meeting, the sides agreed to continue constructive cooperation on consular matters and maintain working contacts on current areas of the bilateral agenda.
