A joint meeting of the standing committees was held in the Ust-Kamenogorsk city Maslikhat.

At the meeting, the issue of ongoing work on road repairs and landscaping of the city's courtyards was considered, during which the deputies made a number of comments: on leveling manholes to the level of the roadway, arranging water outflows, timely cleaning of storm sewers, density and quality of the asphalt pavement. The issue of laboratory quality control of roads and the need for timely completion of yard improvement works were also discussed.

In addition, the report of the head of the Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk on the results of an internal analysis of corruption risks in the department was heard. As a result of the analysis, the route for reviewing applications was revised in order to distribute them evenly among the sectors of the department, and proposals for rationing the work of civil servants were also prepared.

The deputies also agreed on amendments to the composition of the commission for the review of documents for persons submitted for awarding state awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan and honorary titles of the East Kazakhstan region, the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, as well as the commission to promote the activities of institutions executing criminal penalties and other measures of criminal legal impact, as well as the organization of social and other assistance to persons who have served criminal sentences.
