Who manages pension assets?            

 The National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NBRK) is engaged in investing pension assets, and since 2021, investment portfolio managers (IPMS) who have the appropriate license and meet the requirements of the authorized body. The main purpose of such trust management of pension savings is to invest in various financial instruments and generate income. Pension asset managers - NBRK and UIP have their own strategies for investing pension assets and independently determine the structure of the investment portfolio as part of the investment declaration.             

The current register of private companies includes 6 private companies that Kazakhstanis can entrust with the management of their pension savings: JSC "Alatau City Invest", JSC "BCC Invest", JSC "Centras Securities", JSC "Halyk Finance", JSC "Halyk Global Markets", JSC "Tansar Capital".
