The depositor has the right to independently choose the IPM and investment portfolio, that is, an investment strategy for managing pension assets that differ in risk level, expected return and investment term.
In turn, the UIP is legally responsible for the trust management of pension assets and, in the event of a negative difference between the nominal return received by the UIP and the minimum return calculated in accordance with the requirements of the regulator, reimburses the negative difference from the UIP's own capital.
