Shymkent has become the new city for an AI office.
The country's fifth digital office of a new format has opened in Shymkent. It is designed for self-service access to government services and the use of digital services. The space was created to meet modern requirements for the convenience and accessibility of government services.
The center includes express service zones, digital, expert, and training areas, as well as a breakout area. The AI ​​office is equipped with all-in-one computers, high-speed scanners, and information screens with the eGov GPT service.
One of the key innovations is a document kiosk. Using it, you can independently obtain an ID card or passport in just a few minutes.
"The digitalization of government processes has become a routine part of our daily work. As part of the strategic priorities defined by the President, we are focusing on the automation of services and on creating an accessible and convenient environment for all categories of citizens. We have implemented this human-centered approach in our AI offices," noted Arman Kenzhegaliev, Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens."
In addition to access to digital services, the office features dedicated training areas. Here, citizens can take free training, improve their digital skills, and learn how to use electronic services.
Similar AI offices previously opened in Astana, as well as in the Turkestan and Ulytau regions. The state corporation plans to further expand the network of such offices across the country.
