The main issues raised are social support, health care, housing and employment.
A resident of the village of Tasboget made a proposal to build a children's playground on A. Moldagulova Street. Today in the village of Tasboget there are 14 children's playgrounds, 1 streetball and 1 training ground. Last year, funds were allocated from the city budget, and a children's playground was built in the courtyard of apartment buildings at the intersection of K. Baimaganbetov and Z. Shukurov streets.
Now the construction of playgrounds in other areas of the village is being considered. In particular, a vacant land plot along A. Moldagulova Street has been identified, in this regard, a proposal will be made. After the allocation of funds from the budget, it is planned to build in stages.
A resident of Karmakshy district raised the issue of the work of bus stations in the villages of Toretam and Zhosaly. Previously, "Shynar-Ana" in the village of Zhosaly and "Toretam" highways served passengers." 
However, the use of the building for this purpose was economically unprofitable, so it stopped working. 
A "Control Point" near the cafe "Ayym" along the former highway "Samara–Shymkent" has been opened to serve passengers on routes passing through the village of Zhosaly. The point has been operating since July 15, 15 buses and 5 "sprinter" cars carry passengers.
The responsible managers were assigned to comprehensively analyze the issues raised by the citizens who came to the reception and solve them within the framework of the law.
It should be noted that to make an appointment with the governor of the region, residents can use the eGov portal, the unified platform e-Otinish, or leave a written application to the mayor's office.
