The Municipal State Institution "East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development "Örken" of the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Region announces that, in accordance with the calendar plan of international, national mass sports and physical culture and health-improving events of the National Scientific and Practical Center for Physical Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2026, the VI Republican Spartakiad of Teachers of Kazakhstan will be held in Almaty from October 25 to November 1, 2026.

The Spartakiad program includes competitions in 6 sports.

As part of the preparation for the Republican Spartakiad, on September 23, 2026, the qualifying stage of competitions in national sports — asyk atu and bes asyk — was held at the D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University.

9 specialists participated in the asyk atu competitions, and 7 specialists in bes asyk. The winners and prize-winners of the competitions were determined by the panel of judges consisting of E.T. Sapargaliyev, G.M. Alaidarov, and O. Kulikhan.

Based on the results of the qualifying stage, the participants who took prize-winning places earned the right to represent the East Kazakhstan region at the republican stage, which will be held in Almaty.

51 specialists in 6 sports from East Kazakhstan Region will participate in the final stage of the Republican Spartakiad.
