In exercising its powers, the Constitutional Court is autonomous and independent of citizens, organizations, state bodies, officials, and other persons, and is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”
