Construction of a new Martial Arts Palace will begin in Kostanay. The modern sports complex will be located at the intersection of Kayyrbekov and Tekstilshchikov streets. The facility will become one of the largest sports complexes in the city.

The three-storey building with a total area of more than 5.6 thousand square meters will include two wrestling halls, a training hall, a medical unit, facilities for athletes and coaches, as well as stands for 1,000 spectators.

There will be an opportunity to hold competitions in various sports in the universal hall. It will meet the requirements for hosting international tournaments.

Parking for 124 cars, landscaping and landscaping are provided on the adjacent territory.

The project cost is 4.8 billion tenge.

Significant changes are also taking place in the KSK area. This year, after two years of renovation, the large fountain on Molodezha Boulevard has reopened. There is also a new playground with an area of 1166 square meters. It has 20 gaming and sports elements.

Kostanay is developing comprehensively. New projects are being implemented in modern residential areas, while existing territories are also being updated.
