The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted a working meeting between the Vice Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dauren Kengbeil and the Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Republic of Kazakhstan Salah Jaboob.

Dauren Kengbeil congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment and wished him success in carrying out his diplomatic mission in Kazakhstan. It was noted that Kazakhstan attaches great importance to strengthening friendly and mutually beneficial relations with the Sultanate of Oman.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation, including the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministries of Finance of Kazakhstan and Oman, and the accession of the Sultanate of Oman to the Eurasian Development Bank.

The parties confirmed their readiness for further constructive cooperation and expressed interest in implementing joint initiatives aimed at expanding financial and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Oman.
