Bangkok, 28 September 2026 – Kazakhstan presented its national exposition at Toyota Farm Expo Asia 2026, an international agricultural exhibition being held at the IMPACT Muang Thong Thani Exhibition Centre.

The dedicated Kazakhstan stand showcased the country’s agricultural and export potential, promising domestic products and opportunities for cooperation with Thai partners.

The exposition introduced Thai visitors and business representatives to Kazakhstan’s agricultural and export capabilities. Particular attention was given to prospects for supplying wheat, oilseeds, pulses, edible oils and halal agricultural products, as well as opportunities for cooperation in agricultural processing and modern agrotechnologies.

Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Kingdom of Thailand Margulan Baimukhan participated in the exhibition and familiarised himself with the innovative developments, agricultural machinery and digital solutions for the agro-industrial sector presented at the event.

On the sidelines of the exhibition, the Ambassador met with Mr. Watcharaphon Khaokham, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives of Thailand.

The parties discussed prospects for expanding Kazakhstan–Thailand cooperation in agriculture, including the introduction of innovative and digital solutions, agricultural processing, the development of bilateral trade and the establishment of direct contacts between relevant organisations and business communities of the two countries.

Ambassador Baimukhan invited Mr. Watcharaphon Khaokham to visit Kazakhstan to explore the potential of the country’s agro-industrial sector and continue discussions on practical areas of cooperation.

Toyota Farm Expo Asia 2026 is being held from 24 to 29 September 2026 at the IMPACT Muang Thong Thani Exhibition Centre, bringing together representatives of government agencies, businesses and research institutions, as well as manufacturers of agricultural machinery and developers of modern agricultural technologies.
