Dear residents of Kostanay!

The 2026–2027 heating season will begin in stages:

From September 28 — kindergartens, schools and medical institutions;

From October 1 — apartment buildings, social facilities, enterprises, organizations and institutions.

Residents are kindly requested to ensure that heating systems in their buildings are ready to receive heat and to check the condition of shut-off valves, radiators and internal heating networks.
