The Department of State Revenue for the Pavlodar region reminds residents of the region that on October 1, 2026, the deadline for paying personal property tax for 2025 expires.
In Pavlodar region, more than 260 thousand residents were charged about 346.6 million tenge of property tax. To date, the budget has already received over 331.0 million tenge. At the same time, more than 30 thousand residents of the region still have debts for previous periods totaling 42 million tenge.
You can find out the accrued amount of property tax in the following ways:
- Mobile applications: in the "e-Salyq Azamat" application ("Upcoming Payments Service" section), as well as in the mobile applications of banks ("Halyk Bank", "Kaspi.kz ", CenterCredit Bank, Freedom Bank, etc. in the section "All payments" → "Taxes" → "Property tax" according to IIN).
- The official portal of the CGD: on the website kgd.gov.kz in the "Services" section → "Upcoming payments and outstanding payments".
- Telegram bot: via the SalyqBot chatbot.
- Contact center: by a single number 1414 or by contacting the State Revenue Department at your place of residence in person.
The tax is paid at the location of the property. Payments can be made through mobile applications of banks, ATMs and cash desks.
When paying, you must specify the following details:
- KBK (Budget classification code): 104102
- KNP (Payment destination code): 911 (when paying penalties, KNP 912 is used).
If the tax is not paid within the prescribed period, a tax debt arises, to which the following measures apply::
1. Penalty charge: for each day of delay, a penalty charge is charged in the amount of 1.25 of the refinancing rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Notification and tax order: if the amount of debt exceeds 1 MCI (3,932 tenge), a notification is sent. If the debt is not repaid within 30 business days, a tax order is issued.
3. Compulsory collection: 5 working days after the delivery of the order, if the debt is not repaid, the case is transferred to private bailiffs.
CSIS apply coercive measures: the seizure of bank accounts and property, as well as temporary restrictions on travel outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. In addition, the debtor will have to pay the court costs and the work of the CSI (up to 25% of the amount owed).
The Department of State Revenue of the Pavlodar region urges the residents of the region not to delay payment until the last day and to fulfill their tax obligations on time!
