On August 19, Medet Kadirbekuly, Head of the Education Department, held a meeting with school principals.

The following issues were discussed:

1. Schools’ readiness for the new academic year and changes in the education sector;

2. Strict compliance with legal requirements and the prevention of corruption when hiring teachers and other staff;

3. Active implementation of the “Road to School” campaign;

4. Monitoring solid fuel deliveries to ensure compliance with the established schedule.

Other current issues concerning the operation of educational institutions were also discussed.
