As part of the implementation of the Roadmap for promoting the professional and personal qualities of civil servants in accordance with the ideals of "Adal Azamat", a regional debate tournament among government agencies was held in the North Kazakhstan Region.

The theme of the tournament was "Ystyq Kairat, Nurly Aqyl, Zyly Zhyrek" (Fiery Zeal, Enlightened Mind, Warm Heart). The debate sessions were held in the Kazakh language, bringing together teams from various government bodies of the region.

Following the intellectual competition, the team of the State Revenue Department for the North Kazakhstan Region, together with the State Revenue Directorate for the city of Petropavl, demonstrated a high level of oratorical skill, critical thinking, and legal erudition, winning a prize-winning 2nd place.
