Public hearings held at DKREM discussed the enterprise’s plans for the next five years.

Key figures and changes:

• The new tariffs and investment programme were calculated using the cost-based method and are planned to take effect from January 1, 2027.
• Over five years, approximately KZT 7.25 billion is planned to be allocated under the investment programme.
• Including funding from the National Project, the total amount of financing will exceed KZT 11.5 billion.
• The investments are expected to significantly reduce the deterioration of engineering networks and modernize infrastructure.
• Tariff costs are affected by electricity and heating prices, taxes, higher-quality materials, as well as repayment of loans under the Nurly Zhol programme and the National Project.
• The programme includes modernization of wastewater pumping station equipment and reconstruction of water supply and wastewater networks.

In 2027, more than KZT 1.6 billion is planned for design and estimate documentation, construction and installation works, special machinery and necessary equipment.
