Rufat Bazyrbekovich is a head of a peasant farm and a well-known, respected figure among the residents of his constituency. In his parliamentary work, he pays close attention to the appeals of his fellow citizens, takes an active part in addressing local issues, and provides sponsorship support whenever possible to back the initiatives and needs of the local community.

For him, a deputy mandate is, above all, a profound responsibility to the people who placed their trust in him.

We congratulate Rufat Bazyrbekovich on this well-deserved award and wish him success, good health, and continued fruitful work for the benefit of the residents of the Altai District!
