At the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, at the annual international scientific and practical conference, the best international experts and practitioners spoke about a topical topic for society.
The root of the issues is drugs, and everyone has the same goal — to make a drug—free society.
The conference was attended by representatives of the Drug Administration of the U.S. Department of Justice, Kyrgyzstan, experts from the United Nations Office on Drugs, as well as the head of the UNODC program Office in Kyrgyzstan and representatives of the Central Asian Regional Information Coordination Center.
The leadership of the Committee on Combating Drug Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the leadership and staff of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the head of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the head of the Department for combating Drug Crime of the Almaty Police Department were also present.
All participants of the conference made presentations in which they outlined current problems and ways to solve them.
– For 10 years, the Almaty Academy has been holding an international scientific and practical conference “The future without drugs”, - said the acting head of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Zhanat Dilbarkhanova.
On behalf of the head of state, law enforcement agencies were instructed to establish a powerful barrier to the spread of narcotic drugs among citizens.
