During the conversation, important topics were touched upon, such as the harm of drugs, illicit drug trafficking, including the problem of bookmarks and possible consequences for adolescents.
Employees of the Department for combating drug crime of the Zhetysu DP region held educational events in schools in the region. At secondary school No. 2 and secondary school No. 4, specialists met with students and talked about the serious consequences of drug use. The total audience was 237 schoolchildren.
Preventive measures were carried out jointly with juvenile police inspectors and a narcologist. Experts explained in detail what threats drugs pose to the health and social status of young people, how their use can lead to the destruction of not only physical health, but also personal life, relationships with family and society.
To enhance the perception of information, a video was shown that illustrated the real consequences of drug use. This helped the students to better understand the essence of the problem and realize its relevance.
Such preventive measures are an important part of the fight against the spread of drugs among young people and help to raise awareness among adolescents about the harmful consequences, motivating them to make the right choice in favor of a healthy lifestyle.
