A seminar was held at the Ministry of Transport, during which the staff of the Legal Department explained to colleagues the application of norms and requirements for the development and approval of draft by-laws.
The following issues were discussed at the seminar:
Compliance with the norms and requirements of the Rules for the development and approval of draft by-laws;
Compliance with the norms and requirements of the Rules for the development, coordination and state registration of regulatory legal acts;
Problematic issues.
Following the results of the general education, employees of structural divisions were given appropriate recommendations aimed at improving the quality of the development and coordination of draft subordinate legal acts, as well as discussed issues related to the sequence of development of normative legal acts.
In general, the seminar allowed to expand practical knowledge in the field of development of normative legal acts.
