We hereby inform you that on December 2, 2024, on the Internet portal (https://legalacts.egov.kz/arm/admin/viewcard?id=15323347 ) the NPA "On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 27, 2023 No. 416 "On approval of the amount of payment for the activities of a private bailiff" has been posted for public discussion.
The public discussion will be held until December 18, 2024.
