Today in Taldykorgan, the Akimat of the Zhetisu region and the Medical Center of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed a memorandum on mutual cooperation, within the framework of which a bilateral exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation of the population of the region, the development of new technologies and advanced treatment methods, the development of innovative techniques will be held. The agreement will give residents of the region the opportunity to receive high-tech medical care, the press service of the akim of the region Zhetisu reports.
Expressing gratitude to the highly qualified staff of the UDP Medical Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, headed by the head Alexey Tsoi, for their initiative and desire to cooperate with the regions, Beibit Isabayev briefly spoke about measures to support the health care of the region.
- The necessary state support is provided to the healthcare sector of the Zhetisu region on an ongoing basis. Within the framework of the national project "Modernization of rural healthcare", 59 facilities are being built in the region, of which 33 facilities will be put into operation by the end of the year. Also, to address the issue of accessibility of high-quality medical services in rural areas, 61 block–modular medical facilities have been built over the past 3 years at the expense of the local budget, in particular in 2022 – 12, 2023 – 22, 2024 - 27. Due to this, the percentage of renovation of health facilities will be 53%. In addition, a modern cancer center will be built in the region at the expense of the investor. In parallel, we are working to solve the problem of shortage of medical personnel. Starting this year, lifting allowances are paid to incoming specialists in our region, provided that they work with us for 5 years. As a result, 152 medical specialists have already arrived in the region in 9 months of this year. In general, we are taking measures to update the healthcare infrastructure and the material and technical base. For example, 63 new ambulances were purchased in 2 years. As the Head of State said, "The health of the nation is the main wealth of the country." Therefore, our goal is common," B. Issabayev said, expressing confidence that the cooperation being established contributes to improving public health and improving the quality of medical services in Zhetisu.
In turn, the head of the Medical Center of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Alexey Tsoi, thanked for the assistance provided in organizing the Days of the Medical Center of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, noted:
- The Head of State instructed to pay special attention to the development of the regional health care system. The days of the Medical Center of the Presidential Administration will cover all regions of the country. For more than 90 years, the Medical Center of the Presidential Administration has become the flagship of the healthcare system. In the last 3 years alone, the medical staff of the center has tested over 150 new technologies. We plan to provide practical medical assistance to colleagues from the regions. This is facilitated by the memorandum of cooperation signed today, which will make it possible to hold such actions repeatedly. The main goal is to transfer new technologies to the regions. So that, for example, residents of the Zhetisu region could receive complex medical care on the ground and did not need to travel outside the region. There is the necessary potential for this, and joint work will gradually improve the quality of medical services provided," A. Tsoi stressed.
At the end of the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Zhetisu region and the Medical Center of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
It should be noted that the specialists of the center within the framework of the action "Days of the Medical Center of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" have been receiving patients since the beginning of this week in a number of medical institutions in Taldykorgan. Among them are an endocrinologist, a traumatologist, a geneticist, an arrhythmologist, a gastroenterologist, a pulmonologist, an angiosurgeon, a gerontologist, a neurologist, an allergist, an epileptologist. As part of the campaign, 31 operations were carried out, of which 7 are unique, which were not previously carried out in the field of Zhetisu. Consultative and diagnostic assistance was provided to 207 patients, including pregnant women, children and the elderly. 11 lectures and presentations were organized, covering 193 listeners.
It should be noted that the Zhetisu region has become the 14th region where the action "Days of the UDP Medical Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan" is taking place. The main purpose of the campaign is to transfer the best practices of the UDP RK Medical Center system to the practical healthcare of the regions, which contributes to expanding the availability of high—tech services and advanced treatment methods for citizens in their places of residence.
