On November 1, acceptance of applications for housing certificates under the new mortgage programs "Nauryz" and "Otau" starts in Karaganda. This was announced by the city department of employment and social programs.
People on the waiting list from the following categories can use social assistance:
- veterans of the Great Patriotic War and those equated to them by benefits, as well as veterans of military operations on the territory of other states;
- persons with disabilities of the first and second groups;
- families with or raising children with disabilities;
- people with severe forms of chronic diseases, the list of which is approved by the authorized body in the field of health;
- seniors by age;
- orphans and children left without parental care;
- Candace;
- persons who have lost their homes as a result of environmental disasters, natural and man-made emergencies;
- mothers with many children who were awarded the pendants "Altyn alka", "Kumis alka" or who previously received the title "Mother Heroine", as well as those awarded the orders of "Maternal Glory" of the I and II degrees, large families;
- families of the deceased (deceased) in the performance of state or public duties, military service, saving human life, law enforcement;
- single-parent families.
An application for public services is submitted through the e-Government web portal (еgov.kz ).
Required documents:
1. An electronic application certified by an electronic digital signature.
2. An electronic copy of the certificate from the place of work, with the exception of socially vulnerable segments of the population (children with disabilities, orphans, children left without parental care). Income statement for the last 6 months.
3. An electronic copy of the letter from the second-tier bank approving the issuance of a mortgage housing loan for the purchase of housing to the applicant, containing information on the amount, the amount of the initial payment and the amount of the monthly payment for a mortgage housing loan.
