In the Temirtau, ensuring high-quality heat supply remains one of the priorities. Large-scale work in this direction has been underway since 2022. This summer, not only the main lines were repaired in the city, but also the intra–block networks - in general, the volume was almost doubled. A number of other projects are planned for next year.
This was announced by Akim of Karaganda region Ermaganbet Bulekpayev at a regular meeting with residents of Temirtau and Aktau village.
– In general, some work has been done since our previous meeting. Our main task has been and remains a high–quality heat supply. We will continue this work next year. There is already design and estimate documentation for the reconstruction of five sections of heating networks with a total length of 12.3 km with a positive expert opinion," the head of the region said.
He called on residents to have an open conversation. Without reports, we immediately moved on to a question-and-answer session. The meeting at the Temirtau Palace of Culture lasted almost two hours. Residents told about the existing problems in general in the city and specific courtyards.
For example, a representative of the multi-storey building 47 Prospekt Respublika complained that they could not wait for the elevator to be restored. According to her, residents are ready to invest, there are a lot of elderly people in the house who find it difficult to climb on foot to the upper floors. Ermaganbet Bulekpayev instructed to speed up the resolution of the issue.
The problems of housing and communal services are still of the greatest concern to Temirtaus residents. A new sewer collector should be built in the sixth microdistrict. Mayor of the city Galym Ashimov said that the necessary calculations have already been made.
Residents of Aktau village need a central boiler room. The design and estimate documentation has been developed and is under state expertise. After a positive conclusion, the issue of financing will be resolved.
Temirtau residents paid attention to the open wells. Safety first of all, stressed Ermaganbet Bulekpayev.
– Respond to such requests immediately! The golden hour rule should apply here. Close it immediately, and then figure out who owns this well," the governor of the region said.
They also asked questions about the work of public transport. Ermaganbet Bulekpayev said that the problem is known, and a new carrier has been found as a result of negotiations.
The condition of playgrounds, lighting near schools, separate garbage collection, the problem of stray dogs – Temirtaus residents talked about all this at the meeting.
Ermaganbet Bulekpayev thanked the participants of the meeting for their indifference to the life of the city. Not a single issue will be ignored, he assured.
The governor of the region also held a reception for citizens on personal issues.
