Today, the Central Communications Service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a briefing by Vice Minister of Justice Botagoz Zhakselekova.
At the briefing, the Vice Minister of Justice made a presentation on the topic "Intellectual property: protection of innovation and creativity in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
The Vice Minister noted that a lot of work has been done in the field of intellectual property in a number of areas: improvement of legislation, strengthening of international cooperation, strengthening of law enforcement practice, "geographical guidance", copyright, etc.
Botagoz Zhakselekova also noted that effective protection of intellectual property rights and stimulation of economic development play an important role in the modern world.
