A new public space with an area of more than 3,500 square meters has appeared in the residential area "Agrogorodok", along Yubileynaya Street, 22, the official website of the Akimat of Astana reports.
As part of the landscaping, children's play complexes for different ages have been installed on the new site, which will create safe conditions for children. Benches, urns and gazebos are provided for the comfort of visitors, and workout areas are equipped for outdoor enthusiasts.
Safety and comfortable stay in the evening are provided by 27 new lighting poles. Special attention is paid to landscaping: a live spruce tree with a height of 6 meters and more than 110 green spaces were planted. A local irrigation system has been installed to take care of them.
The new public corner has become another example of how abandoned sites can turn into landscaped areas accessible to every resident.
It should be noted that a total of 170 courtyards and public spaces will be landscaped in Astana this year. The works cover all areas of the city, including residential areas. Most of the work has already been completed.
