By the end of the year, 110 families will be provided with housing in the Koksu district of the Zhetisu region, thanks to which the housing queue will decrease by 7.2% by the end of the year, the press service of the akim of the Zhetisu region reports.
As of today, 1,518 people have been registered in the housing queue in the Koksu district. To reduce the priority, it is planned to purchase 50 residential buildings for socially vulnerable segments of the population, of which 17 houses were commissioned by the Republic Day. The remaining ones will be purchased before the end of the year. In addition, in the village of Balpyk bi, families are provided with apartments in a 60-apartment credit building on the basis of a preferential loan. As a result, 110 families on waiting lists will receive housing by the end of the year. The queue will decrease to 1,408 people. In order to continue work in this direction, funds have been allocated this year for the construction of two more 60-apartment loan houses. Commissioning is October 2025.
- Last year, during a visit to the district hospital, I was informed that 20 medical specialists had arrived in the Koksu district. The fact that so many doctors came to work in one area at once is a very good indicator. Since this year, we have been the first in the republic to issue social lifting payments to doctors arriving to work in our region in the amount of 5 million and 10 million tenge. As I promised at the last meeting, we will also address the issue of housing for young professionals. In this regard, at this stage, a project for the construction of 20-apartment rental housing in the village of Balpyk bi has been developed for social workers of the district, young professionals, and the necessary funds will be provided when the budget for 2025 is clarified. An expert opinion was also received on the construction of engineering and communication networks for individual housing construction in the new microdistrict of the district center," concluded the head of the region, Beibit Isabayev.
