An alpha version of an artificial intelligence-based chatbot has been launched for the Unified Contact Center of the Ministry of Industry and Construction

An alpha version of an artificial intelligence-based chatbot has been launched for the 1465 contact center of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The chatbot will be available 24/7 around the clock at the following link: https://t.me/iDos_official_bot
This will allow citizens to interact with the contact center at any time, regardless of the operators' work schedule.
At the same time, in the period from February 5 to October 29 of this year, the total number of calls to the contact center amounted to 28,568 calls.
Thus, the introduction of a chatbot will have a positive impact on the quality of interaction with citizens.
It should be noted that the chatbot will be further developed and its training will continue as new unique requests are received.
