Residents of the Karaganda region asked their questions to the head of the region Ermaganbet Bulekpayev. The live broadcast took place on the Saryarqa TV channel. During the broadcast, the call center operators received about 70 calls and messages. An hour of live broadcast was not enough to answer all the questions. But not a single appeal will be ignored.
Ermaganbet Bulekpayev explained the situation with the central boiler house of Sarani.
– The new boiler house has been under construction for 13 years. Commissioning is underway now. The central boiler room supplies heat to 102 houses. Two out of four boilers are currently operating at the heat source. When the boiler house was started, there were technical problems related to pumping equipment," the governor of the region said. – Back in the summer, the mayor of the city was instructed to prepare local boiler houses for safety. According to his reports, they were ready. But the information turned out to be unreliable. As a result, these boilers were later launched.
He assured that the situation with the heating of Sarani is under personal control. The first deputy akim of the region is there every day. They try to resolve incoming complaints promptly.
Most of the issues related to the communal and social spheres, roads, and landscaping.
Residents also addressed private problems. For example, a Karaganda woman complained about the flooding of a house on Iskra Street in the Prishakhtinsk microdistrict. According to her, it is unknown where the water comes from, and the situation has not been resolved for two months. Ermaganbet Bulekpayev immediately instructed the mayor of the city to take measures on the air: go to the place and figure it out.
All appeals that were not broadcast will be reviewed, and the answers will be published on the official accounts of the akimats.
