THE IOC JOINED THE INTERNATIONAL CONSORTIUM OF ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTION UNIVERSITIES
From October 17 to 21, a delegation of the International Educational Corporation (KAZGAS) consisting of Rector Imandosova M., Provost Sabdenaliev B., Dean of the Faculty of General Construction Moldamuratov J. and the director of the college Kazgas Mamyrbekova E. visited the cities of Beijing and Tianjin (China).
As part of the working trip, the delegation visited Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture and Tianjin Chengjian University. A memorandum of mutual cooperation was signed with Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture. KazGASA also joined the consortium of architectural and construction universities "Belt and Road Architectural University International Consortium" (BRAUIC), which unites 91 universities from 30 countries of the world.
The consortium of architectural and Construction universities "Belt and Road Architectural University International Consortium", established in 2017, is expanding its membership. At the meeting, seven new members of the alliance were considered, which included the Kazakh Head Architectural and Construction Academy. Also, the logo of the consortium with new participants was updated at the meeting, which symbolizes the connection of the countries of the "One Belt, One Road" and emphasizes the importance of cooperation and cultural exchange.
At the meeting, the consortium members unanimously supported the candidacy of KAZGAS for the chairmanship of the consortium conference in 2025. At the BRAUIC flag presentation ceremony, the Rector of the IOC (KAZGAS) Margarita Imandosova expressed hope for a meeting and invited all members of the consortium to Kazakhstan in 2025.
Joining the International Consortium of Architectural and Construction Universities opens up new opportunities for the International Educational Corporation (KAZGAS) to actively cooperate with universities-members of the consortium around the world. The International Educational Corporation (KazGASA) has become the first university in Kazakhstan to join an international consortium, and in 2025 it will hold such a large-scale forum in Kazakhstan for the first time.
