T. SULTANGAZIEV HELD A MEETING WITH THE POPULATION IN THE ABAI REGION
16.11.2024 18:21:37 1201During a working trip to the Abai region, First Vice Minister Timur Sultangaziev got acquainted with the work of medical facilities in the region.
Timur Sultangaziev visited polyclinic No. 7, the largest medical organization in the region, where patients can receive the full range of outpatient care services.
Then I got acquainted with the work of the Semey Medical University with a 70-year history, which annually graduates about 800 graduates in all fields.
At the university, Timur Sultangaziev held a meeting with the population, received citizens and met with media representatives.
At a meeting with the population of the region, the first Vice Minister spoke about the implementation of the tasks announced by the Head of State in the Address to the people of Kazakhstan.
"A project has been developed for a single package of medical care, which has been widely discussed with the medical community and industry assets. Starting from 2025, a phased revision of the packages of medical services of GOBMP and OSMS is planned. This will make it possible to optimize the excessive guarantees of the state within the framework of the GOBMP. Also, as part of the implementation of the instructions of the Head of State, work has begun on the creation of a unified state medical information system, which should ensure end-to-end control and objectivity of data for all healthcare organizations receiving state orders, regardless of their form of ownership," the First Vice Minister reported.
In addition, in order to improve the quality and accessibility of medical care to the population, the requirements for polyclinic organizations have been increased in terms of the complexity of medical care and compliance with national standards. Access to specialized specialists is facilitated, and proper communication between doctors and patients is ensured.
Residents of the region raised their concerns about improving the quality and accessibility of medical care, providing medicines, paying medical workers, etc.
"The issue of drug supply is under special control. Measures have been taken to ensure the uninterrupted supply of medicines and medical devices to inpatient and outpatient organizations in the regions. For the convenience of patients, the digital project "Social Wallet" has been launched, providing for the issuance of medicines through a QR code. The project has been implemented in 724 polyclinics, including in the Abai region," Timur Sultangaziev stressed.
At the reception of citizens, the first Vice Minister reviewed the appeals of residents of the region, responded to appeals regarding the availability and quality of medical care.
Also at the university site, Timur Sultangaziev held a briefing for media representatives, where issues of attribution, attracting doctors to villages, vaccination, and MSHI were raised.
All questions and suggestions voiced by citizens during the working trip have been taken under control and submitted for execution to relevant departments and local authorized bodies.
