The primary borrower is the Ismail A.B. farm, which grows fodder and vegetables on an area of 400 hectares in the Karakengir rural district of the Ulytau region.
The production capacity of the project provides for the production of 3,800 tons of potatoes and 3,000 tons of alfalfa. The company plans to use modern water-saving technologies (sprinkling, drip irrigation) in production.
The amount of the concessional loan is KZT 637.6 million, the annual rate is 2.5%. The repayment period is 120 months. In addition, the preferential loan program provides for a 24-month grace period.
