Akim of Aktobe region Askhat Shakharov held a joint reception of citizens in the building of the Amanat party. About 20 residents turned to the head of the region with their problems. The mayor said that a decision will be made on each appeal within the framework of the law. Heads of departments and akims of districts also listened to the complaints and suggestions of Aktobe residents.
Those who made an appointment with Askhat Shakharov addressed personal issues and asked the mayor to help solve them. Most of those who came to the reception asked to resolve the housing issue. Some of them raised issues related to employment and health status. Detailed explanations were given for each request. The responsible persons explained that the complaints of visitors will be resolved within the framework of the law and will not be ignored.
