"We are launching early financing for spring field and harvesting operations. Applications for the first 100 billion tenge will be accepted from November. In addition, we have retained state support measures, farmers will be able to repay loans on the same terms," said Almat Ashirbekov, Chairman of the Board of JSC Agrarian Credit Corporation (ACC).
It should be noted that in 2024, the ACC allocated 320 billion tenge for spring field and harvesting operations, compared with 140 billion tenge, which were issued in previous years.
As part of the execution of the order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the support of the Government, up to 700 billion tenge will be allocated for the 2025 period, of which up to 560 billion tenge of JSC NUH Baiterek and ACC will be attracted from market sources of capital.
Thus, agricultural producers, thanks to government support measures, can quickly receive financial support under the most convenient conditions.
First. For them, under the Ken Dala 2 program, the preferential interest rate has been maintained at 5% per annum.
Second. Often, agribusiness entities, when applying to a Corporation for loan funds, face the problem of a shortage of collateral. This issue is voiced by all entrepreneurs and public organizations in the agricultural sector.
In accordance with the approved mechanism of state support, a loan guarantee tool is also used by the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund under the Ken Dala 2 program.
In turn, the subsidiary of ACC, KazAgroFinance JSC, launched preferential leasing at 5% per annum. The program provides for the provision of financing for a period of no more than 7 years for the purchase of agricultural machinery from domestic manufacturers.
Today, financing of agriculture is carried out by many financial institutions, while the ACC occupies the main share in providing financing for the agro-industrial complex. For several years, the Corporation has been steadily improving its activities and increasing the volume of financing for the sector.
