As part of the campaign "Taza Kazakhstan. Astana is a model of cleanliness and order," in the Saryarka district on December 2, a KAMAZ driver was brought to administrative responsibility for illegal garbage removal and fined 30 MCI, the official website of the capital's akimat reports.
Since the beginning of the year, 3,843 individuals and legal entities have been brought to administrative responsibility for the creation of unauthorized landfills in the district. The total amount of fines paid exceeded 3.6 million tenge.
Recall that violation of the rules of landscaping entails administrative liability in accordance with Article 505 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. For individuals, a fine of 20 MCI is provided, and for legal entities - from 30 to 100 MCI.
In case of detection by residents and guests of the capital of cases of illegal dumping of waste, dumping of construction or other debris in unauthorized places, you can report to the channel "102".
It should be noted that the systematic fight against spontaneous unauthorized landfills continues in the capital. Since the beginning of 2024, more than 300 unauthorized landfills have been identified in the districts of the capital. More than 172 thousand tons of garbage were taken from them to landfills.

Work continues on the elimination of illegal landfills. In particular, measures are being taken to prevent the formation of new foci.
