The conference was attended by Deputy Akim of the region Zholdas Batyrkhan, Head of the Department of Internal Policy Alibek Bayneshov, as well as leaders and members of non-governmental organizations.
The event was organized by the NGO "Civil Center of Aktobe region", which today includes 26 associations. During the conference, NGOs reported on their work and showed the results of their activities.
Welcoming the participants of the conference, Deputy Akim of the region Zholdas Batyrkhan noted that it had become another platform for the development of dialogue between society and the state.
Alisher Mazhit, President of the Aktobe Region Civic Center, in turn, said that the association is represented in five regions of Kazakhstan. They include 26 NGOs in the Aktobe region. During the year of work, over 60 successful projects were implemented in 13 socially significant areas.
"We help non-governmental organizations to develop and grow, to become stronger and more sustainable. Playing an important role in supporting civil society, we unite initiative groups and the non-governmental sector. We offer consulting, consulting services, as well as training programs to improve the efficiency of organizations and improve their ability to solve social problems. Such cooperation allows not only to strengthen the civil sector, but also to create conditions for more active participation of NGOs in solving urgent problems of society," Alisher Mazhit said.
During the conference, videos were shown about the work of a number of rehabilitation centers, the invataxi service, as well as the Zhasyl El project. An exhibition and presentations on the activities of the association of legal entities and non-governmental organizations of the region are also organized in the lobby of the House of Culture.
The achievements of the most active NGOs were highlighted at the conference. Zholdas Batyrkhan presented letters of thanks to representatives of these organizations from the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the akim of the region.
