With the support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the National Center for Cinema Support, 10 new film projects will be released this year.
There is confidence that the audience will enjoy the unique plots and interesting events of these films.
One of the long-awaited projects is the film "Captain Baytasov". It was directed by Dauren Kamshybayev. The hero's son, Armanzhan Abdibekov, actively participated in writing the script for the film. This work will make a special contribution to the history of national cinematography and glorify the image of a hero who will forever remain in the people's memory as a symbol of courage and heroism.
In addition, this year, the audience will be offered other interesting projects. Among them are the drama "Gamer", which deals with the problem of gambling, the sports drama "90+1" on the theme of football, "Autumn Breeze", "Fake Dream", "Qaitadan", "Dung", "Black Girl", "Altyn Adam", "Aromatnoe serdce" and "Abel".
The new films presented in 2025 will reflect valuable ideas that will positively influence the education of the younger generation and make the audience think.
A competition for film projects will also be announced in early March. The priority themes for new films are love for the homeland, ecology and hard work.
